Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 10 ml. of sterile 0.2 N sodium hydroxide. Mix well and aseptically add it to 990 ml sterile, Fraser Secondary Enrichment broth Base (B1045). Mix well and dispense as desired. |
