Warm up the refrigerated 1% TTC Solution to around 50°C and add 10 ml. in 1000 ml. sterile, molten KF Streptococcal Agar Base / K F Streptococcal broth base / Motility medium S / L.S. Differential medium base / K F Streptococcus broth with BCP / MSlanetz enterococcus broth / or 5 ml. in 1000 ml. Crystal violet tetrazolium agar or 3 ml.1000 ml. Tergitol 7 agar / Tryptone sucrose tetrazolium agar base or 2.5 ml. in 1000 ml. Modified Tergitol 7 agar or 7.5 ml. M-Enterococcus agar base, Modfied.Mix well and dispense in sterile tubes or petri plates. |
