Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of sterile 0.2N sodium hydroxide. Mix well and add aseptically to 1000 ml of sterile, molten CLED Agar Base without indicator (B959).Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
