Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of sterile distilled water. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten Legionella Agar Base / Buffered Charcoal Yeast Extract Agar Base. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
