Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. of ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 500 ml of sterile, molten SABHI Agar Base. / Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar Base / Dichloran Medium Base with Rose Bengal / Aspergillus Differntiation Medium Base/ Dichloran Glycerol (DG-18) Agar Base. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
