Suspend 34.5 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Heat if necessary to ensure complete solution. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Aseptically add 2ml of filter sterilized 20% glucose solution per 100 ml of B999. |
