Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.5 + 0.2 

Directions :

Suspend 16.2 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Add 20 gms. of Sodium lactate. Mix well and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C and asceptically add sterile Vitamin Supplement. Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile petri plates or tubes
