Suspend 30.8 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil with stirring to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in 300 ml. amounts in Roux or other suitable bottles. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Note : Do not autoclave till the medium has been completely dissolved. |
