Suspend 69 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to around 50°C and aseptically add rehydrated contents 1 vial of Listeria Selective Supplement (PALCAM) (BF072). Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
