Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.8 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 44.56 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in 5 ml amounts in screw capped test tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool the tubed medium in slanted position.
