Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.7 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 30 gms. in 1000ml distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilized by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Colour change of the medium from purple to yellow is due to acid production from dextrose.
