Directions 

Suspend 156 gms. in 1000ml distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool and aseptically add 1 vial of 2,3,5-Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride. Mix well before dispensing.
