Directions 

Suspend 86.2 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water containing 1.32 ml glacial acetic acid. Heat to boiling with stirring to dissolve the medium completely. Boil for 2-3 minutes. DO NOT
AUTOCLAVE. If storage is necessary sterilize by autoclaving at 10 lbs pressure (115 °C) for 15 minutes.
