Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.3 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 12.26 gms. in 1000ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Aseptically add filter sterilized solution of Cyanocobalamin to a final concentration of 0.01 mg/litre.
