Suspend 2.35 gms. in 450 ml distilled water. Add either 2ml. glycerol or 0.5g. Polysorbate 80. Heat if necessary to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 10 minutes. Cool to 45°C or below and aseptically add 1 vial of reconstituted Middlebrook ADC Growth Supplement. Mix well before dispensing. |
