Directions 

Suspend 15.4 gms. in 1000ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50-55°C and aseptically add filter sterilized solution of Cyanocobalamin to a final concentration of 0.005 mg/litre.
