Suspend 24.2 gms. in 500ml. distilled water containing 5 ml glycerol. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C & aseptically add sterile rehydrated contents of either Cetrinix Supplement or CFC supplement as desired. Mix well & pour into sterile petri plates. |
