Suspend 26.6 gms. of (B623) in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Add 10 ml. of sterile 10% Dextrose solution in (B625). Mix well. |
