Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.8 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 18 gms. in 950 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium Dispense in 95 ml. amounts into flasks & sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C-55°C & aseptically add 5 ml. sterile 40% Urea solution per 95 ml.
