Suspend 6.6 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water containing 1 ml potassium lactate (50%).Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Cool to 50°C, adjust pH to 5.0 with 10% lactic acid and pour into sterile plates at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. |
