Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.6 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 75 gms. in 900ml.distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in 90 ml amounts and Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 min. Cool to 50-55°C. Aseptically add 10ml of sterile egg yolk emulsion per 90 ml of sterile medium. Mix well.
