Suspend 23.5 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and add 5 ml of sterile 1% solution of 2,3,5-Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
