Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.8 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 92.4 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water to prepare triple strength medium. Dispense 50 ml amounts in 250 ml screw capped milk dilution bottles. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 12 minutes
