Suspend 6 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water containing 10 ml glycerol. Dispense into test tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired, 1.5% agar may be added to form CGY agar. |
