Suspend 66 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and add sterile Neomycin to a concentration of 500 mcg/ml. of medium. Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates. |
