Final pH (at 25°C) : 5.5 + 0.2

Directions

Suspend 80.25 gms. of B355 in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired, to obtain a pH of 6.5, add 1% solution of sodium bicarbonate
