Suspend 21 gms. in 450ml. distilled Water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C. Aseptically add 50 ml. of sterile lysed blood and rehydrated contents of one vial of Vitamino Growth Supplement (BF037) and V.C.N. Supplement (BF059) or V.C.N.T. Supplement (BF060).Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates. |
