Suspend 90 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50-55°C and add 1 ml of sterile 1% Potassium Tellurite solution. DO NOT REHEAT the medium after the addition of tellurite solution. |
