|
Suspend 40 gms. of B201 in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired 5% sterile defibrinated blood may be added. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates or tubes. |
