Directions 

Suspend 28.5 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. For examination of 10ml portions of water samples, use 57 gms. per 1000ml distilled water. Dispense into tubes with inverted Durham’s fermentation tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
