Suspend 35 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Just before use aseptically add 12-15% v/v sterile, pretested coagulase plasma. Mix well. |
