Suspend 26.8 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. To make the medium selective for Campylobacter species, add reconstituted contents of 2 vials of Campylobacter supplement I. Mix well before dispensing. |
