Directions 

Suspend 35.56 gms. of B1098  in 1000ml. distilled water. Add 1 gram of polysorbate 80. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
