Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.2 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 76.4 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 10 minutes. Cool to 50°C & aseptically add 10 ml. of 1% Triphenyl Tetrazolium chloride (TTC) to sterile medium. Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates
