Suspend 45.23 gms in 950ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 10 lbs pressure (115°C) for 10 minutes. Cool to 50°Cand aseptically add 50 ml sterile inactivated horse serum (BF021, to be inactivated by heating at 56°C for 30 minutes.) |
