Suspend 29 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense 4 ml. in 13 X 100 mm. Screw cap tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool the tubes in an upright position. |
