Directions 

Suspend 29 gms. of B082 in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes or flasks to a depth of 6 cm for neutralization of Penicillin or in shallow layers for neutralization of streptomycin. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
