Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.1 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 29.8 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Store in a cool dark place preferably below 25°C.
