Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml. of sterile 0.2N sodium hydroxide. Mix well and aseptically add it to 500 ml of sterile, molten Oxytetra Glucose Yeast Extract Agar Base (B279 I). Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
