Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml. sterile distilled water. Mix well and add it to 500 ml. of sterile, molten Oxytetra Glucose Yeast Extract Agar Base / Oxytetra Glucose Yeast Extract Agar with Biotin. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
