Aseptically add the contents of 1 vial to 988 ml of sterile, molten ITC Broth Base alongwith 2 ml Ticarcillin Supplement. Mix well and dispense into sterile tubes. Warning : Potassium chlorate is highly oxidisable agent and has explosive property. Take proper precaution while handling. |
