Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml. of sterile 0.2 N sodium hydroxide.Mix well and aseptically add to 1000 ml.of sterile, molten Cetrimide agar base(B975) .Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
