Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. ethanol. Mix well and aseptically add to 450ml. of sterile, molten C. Botulinum Agar Base alongwith 50ml. Egg Yolk Emulsion. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
