Directions |

Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 5 ml. of sterile distilled water and Mix well to dissolve. Avoid frothing of the solution. Aseptically add the contents to 500 ml of sterile, molten Brucella Agar Base (B125) / Columbia Blood Agar Base (B994 / B148) / Blood Agar Base No.2 (B116 / B117) with 10% v/v sheep blood or 5-7 % v/v laked horse blood / Campylo thioglycollate Medium (B1159 ) / Campylobacter Agar Base (B964 ) or 445 ml of Modified Brucella Agar Base (B951). Mix gently and pour into sterile Petri plates. |
