Warm up refrigerated 3.5% Potassium Tellurite solution to 45-50°C and 3 ml.in 1000 ml. Baird Parker Agar Base or 10 ml. in 1000 ml. Hoyle Medium Base. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
