Rehydrate the contents of 1 vial aseptically with 2 ml. sterile distilled water . Mix well and add to 500 ml. of sterile, molten Bacillus Cereus Agar Base / KG Agar Base / Salt Polymyxin Broth Base or to 450 ml of MYP Agar Base / Modified MYP Agar Base alongwith 50 ml. Egg Yolk Emulsion or to 200 ml. Salt Polymyxin Broth Base. .Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates/tubes. |
