Suspend 40 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water containing 3 gms. polysorbate – 80 and 5 gms. glycerol. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Place in cool dark place till use. DO NOT RESTERILIZE the medium. |
