Directions 

Suspend 19.75 gms. in 500 ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 40-50°C & aseptically add 5-7% v/v sterile lysed horse blood & Campylobacter Supplement I (Blaser-Wang) or Campylobacter Supplement II. Mix well before pouring in steile petri plates.
