Suspend 29.6 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Allow the tubed medium to cool in an upright position. |
