Suspend 84.33 gms. in 1000ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Autoclave sterilization is not required if the medium is to be used on the same day of preparation. |
